Upgrading of existing plant is undertaken by the After Sales personnel using all the facilities of the factory.
- Surveys to assess the plant status
- Risk assessments
- Stress calculations
- Rebuild existing machines in our factory in order to meet current safety standards.
Examples of revious upgrading of projects included:
- Replacement of bowls
- Replacement of drives
- Upgrade of control systems
- Additional nitrogen purging
- Re-siting of equipment
- Modifications of equipment to current cGMP standard
- Upgrade to current standards and legislation
